TVS Motor Company has launched a new variant of the Apache RTR 200 4V, marking the onset of the festive season. This will be the new top-end variant with additional features and new colour options. The motorcycle is priced at Rs. 1.50 lakh, ex-showroom.
TVS has equipped the new variant of the motorcycle with impressive bits like adjustable front suspension, Google Map mirroring, panic brake alert, and a USB-C charging port. It will be available in four colour options, including Sepang Blue, Armoury Green, Racing Red, and Matte Black. Do note that TVS introduced adjustable front suspension in the RTR 200 4V back in 2022, but the company went on to remove it later.
Things that have been carried over include 197.7cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that pumps out 20.51bhp at 9,000rpm and a peak torque of 17.25Nm at 7,250rpm. Moreover, it gets three ride modes, an assist and slipper clutch, and adjustable clutch and brake levers. With a 12-litre fuel tank, it is a fairly light motorcycle with a kerb weight of 152kg. A low 800mm seat height adds another layer of accessibility.
